Welcome to Healing Trauma Creatively Program where we provide useful tools to help transform childhood and adult adversities and trauma through the thoughtful act of creative expression.

Welcome to Healing Trauma Creatively a healing platform created by internationally awarded and exhibited artist, published author, instructor, inspirational speaker, and long-time trauma researcher Aunia Kahn. With 20 years of research and experience healing from her own trauma, she has transformed her research and experiences into courses, webinars, and ways to aid others in the transformation of their own traumas.

The mission of Healing Trauma Creatively is to provide safe haven to learn while in individual and/or collaborative spaces the tools can elevate our student’s awareness, autonomy, assertiveness, boundary setting, and overall feeling of empowerment over adversity and trauma.
